Before winter break, a group of third grade students visited our classroom and talked about their One-to-the-World (OTTW) project. They have decided to collect plastic caps and lids in order to build a trash can for the playground.
Mrs. Martinson has an excellent blog post that explains the project and why the third graders have decided to complete this project.
The below flyer details all of the acceptable caps and lids. If you would like to download a copy of the flyer, click here.
You can send caps/lids in with your students at any time! We are currently collecting them in the classroom. Thank you to everyone who has already sent some in from home!
