Bonus Read Aloud!
Today is May 5th which means that it is Cinco de Mayo (5th of May)! It is a holiday that celebrates a major battle victory that Mexico had in 1862 against France. It is mainly celebrated in the United States. Some people believe that it is Mexican Independence Day (like the American Fourth of July). However, Mexican Independence Day is actually celebrated on September 16th.
