Brrr, this morning was definitely a reminder that it's November already! The kids did a great job completing their asynchronous work and I'm sure they enjoyed being home this week. Thank you for your support by coming into conferences (whether it was in person or virtual)! It's always wonderful to discuss the kiddos and see what you're thinking about your kiddo. Please always feel free to reach out if you have a concern or question.
With everything going on this week, I forgot to tell the kiddos that I have a training in the morning on 11/8. I did post a note to Seesaw, but I'm not sure if they all saw it. I would absolutely appreciate it if you could let your kiddo know that they will likely see me during arrival, but then they will have a substitute from specials until around Puma Power time (8-11am); I will be back for Puma Power and the rest of the day. Thank you so much! (I've learned that second grade kiddos tend worry more if they don't know ahead of time.)
This is a strange little detail, but when papers come home, if you see a star, that is an assignment that I graded. If you see a check, that is an assignment that I just checked for completeness; it may still have a note written on it, if I noticed something significant.
