- 30 minutes of RAZ kids due by Friday, 2/11
- Counting Collections of Coins quiz on Monday, 2/7 (math)
- This quiz will have amounts less than $1 using quarters, nickels, dimes, and pennies.
- Here is a copy of the chart that the kids have been using in class. We also made one in their math journals in class.
- Quarter 2 Report Cards will be available on Tuesday, 2/8 in the afternoon.
- You can view them via ParentVUE.
- CogAT testing on 2/8, 2/9, 2/10
- Cause and Effect quiz on Friday, 2/11 (reading)
- Valentine's Day cards (if your kiddo wants to do them) are due by 2/14!
- Weather test on Wednesday, 2/16

- **If you have not already, please consider putting extra masks in your kiddo's backpack.

Morning Meeting/SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) - We discussed having positive relationships with others and self-love.
Reading - We started learning about cause and effect in stories. We will continue this next week.
Writing - We wrote about our opinions on different topics - banning cars in cities, banning plastic straws, and having online school on a snow day. Next week, we will start our fiction stories; we will be planning our characters, setting, and plot.
