Hello Pinebrook Families,
We invite you to join us for our Night of Family Literacy (NFL) on Thursday, January 25th Wednesday, February 7th!
During this event students will have the opportunity to engage in literacy activities and listen to a story read aloud by our very own Pinebrook teachers!
- We will also host a Book Basket Silent Auction, Science of Reading Family Information Session, and offer UFLI Home Practice Support.
- The PTA will be selling Chick-fil-A in the cafeteria from 5:30-6:00 p.m.
- Students will have the chance to rotate around the literacy activities in 3 sessions:
- Session 1 – 6:00-6:20 p.m.
- Session 2 – 6:25-6:45 p.m.
- Session 3 – 6:50-7:10 p.m.
We will end the evening by revealing the winner of the Sports Book Competition!
Beginning on January 5th, students will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite sports book through a tournament bracket system. Voting dates are shown below and the stories will be shared the week of voting.
