Hello Puma Families,
Let us introduce Puma Progress: Strengthening the Home–School Connection.
At Pinebrook, we believe that when teachers, parents, and students work together, student success thrives. Our new Puma Progress form is designed to strengthen that partnership by connecting everyone around each child's quarterly progress.
After receiving the report card, parents and students will review it together, celebrate strengths, and choose one area for growth. Using information shared by the teacher throughout the quarter, families will record both the identified success and growth goal on the Puma Progress form, sign it, and return it to the teacher.
Research continues to show that one of the strongest predictors of student success is a parent's value of education—and the Puma Progress process gives families and teachers a meaningful way to work together to nurture that value.
Forms will come home Monday, Nov. 10, and should be returned by Friday, Nov. 14. Thank you for your partnership in helping every Puma grow!
