• There will be some new activities on Seesaw, but they will not be expected to be completed until Wednesday, which is when they will be on the playlist.
• Kids are welcome to complete the activities anyways.

Grades 2 - 5 Book Request Form

 

TWO ways to get requested books:

Curbside pickup  on Mondays from 8:00-2:00. 

Curbside pick up at sidewalk outside the cafeteria.  

It is very important that you return your library books when you are done reading them. 

There is a library book return bin in front of the school: Monday - Friday from 8:00-2:00.

Friday Reminders 10/23/2020

 

We will be going Hybrid starting Tuesday, October 27th.

• Students coming to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays are the Navy Group.
• Students coming to school on Wednesdays and Fridays are the Maroon Group.

Remember that our morning meeting time is being moved to 8am, rather than 8:15am. All students will participate in morning meeting.

Please be sure to:

2. Pack an extra set of clothes for your student.

Week Overview

*Morning Meeting - We learned how to disagree.

*Reading - We focused on character voices.

*Writing - We practiced using Hamburger Writing to organize our thinking while writing.

*Math - We continued to focus on place value.

*Health/Science - We learned about fire safety and started talking about living and nonliving things. We will learn more about habitats next week.
