Today, your child will be bringing home a PINK form titled "Impact Aid Survey."
It is important that you fill out the form as soon as possible. It is a required form that must be returned to school by Friday, November 8th.
If you mark "YES", please fill out all field, SIGN it, and return it to school.
If you mark "NO", all you need to do is return it to school.
This form is related to providing assistance funds and lowing local taxes. Again, it is a required form that MUST be returned to school by every child.
